With under three weeks to go until the 5th Dell B2B Social Media Huddle takes place – in London on September 24 – here’s an update on where we are in the planning stages.
Keynote Speakers
We’re thrilled to have such a line-up of credible and insightful people who will share their thinking and stimulate yours with their keynotes in the morning of the 24th.
In alpha order:
- Andrew Grill, CEO, Kred.
- Simon Hughes, Senior Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Operations, Microsoft.
- Antony Mayfield, Founding Partner, Brilliant Noise.
We’ll have more news on their topics soon. We might also have one more keynoter: news on that to come.
Unconference Workshops
One of the aspects of the Huddles that people tell us make them so compelling is the stand-up-and-speak unconference sessions: if you have something you’d like to share with a B2B-focused group like this, then here’s your chance.
There are two sessions already planned:
- Vanessa Barnett, Partner, Charles Russell LLP: copyright, sharing and the social web.
- Michael Toedman, Strategic Adviser, Zooppa: creating advertising and content through an online community.
If you’d like to lead an unconference session, you can sign up to do one on the actual day. Or, if you prefer to get your planning done early, let us know beforehand.
Not sure what’s involved? Take a look at this video recording of “Why B2B CEOs don’t tweet,” an unconference session led by Rob Shimmin at the 2nd Huddle in May 2010 (coincidentally, at Microsoft in London).
If you haven’t yet signed up, please check the Eventbrite booking page. Be quick, though, as spaces were going fast last time I checked.
We look forward to seeing you in London on September 24!
